Flaky Apple Pie Bars Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, and bake for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the granulated sugar, flour, salt, and cinnamon. Gently fold in the apple slices until they are evenly coated.
- Spoon the apple mixture over the baked crust, then crumble the remaining crust mixture over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bars.
- Cut into bars and serve. Enjoy!
