  6. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar and flour. Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples.
  7. Roll out the remaining dough and place over the filling. Trim, seal, and flute the edges. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
